The BRIDGE platform and our courses are tailored to support the global US Defense, Intelligence, Law Enforcement and Partner Nation Security Cooperation professional community and their broad spectrum of training requirements.

Through our BRIDGE platform we seamlessly integrate on-demand and in-person training, multimedia online courses and detailed digital and hard copy training manuals with full-page color illustrations.

The BRIDGE Mission

Our mission is to materially support improvement of mental and physical resilience and operational skill performance for US National Security and Partner Nation professionals.

To accomplish this critical mission, we focus on three key concepts that form the foundation of our training philosophy:

1.  KEEP IT SIMPLE

In high-stress situations, complex approaches will frequently break down. We emphasize careful preparation and disciplined execution of combat-tested tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs). This simple but effective approach can enable an individual or team to tackle even the most difficult challenges with confidence.

2.  FOCUS ON THE ESSENTIALS

Time, energy and resources are always limited. It is therefore critical to focus the essential skills that lead directly to optimum performance in a critical situation. Every phase and aspect of training must have a clear application to a realistic, real-world scenario.

3.  MASTER THE BASICS

It is better to master just a few basic techniques than it is to superficially learn a large number of techniques. True mastery does not come from practicing something once, twice or ten times, but rather from internalizing an ability to respond instinctively, faster than the speed of thought. Establishing a solid foundation of competence at this level of mastery is the only way to maximally enhance leadership, teamwork and operational effectiveness.
